Each manufacturer has their own recommendations re age suitability. All parents should be aware that some products may be unsuitable for children under 3. We have listed age recommendations where the manufacturer has provided these. Please exercise all due care and diligence when providing small children with any toys that contain small parts. All parcels will be sent via Australia Post Click and Send regular mail unless the Express Post option is selected. Parcels are fully trackable and a signature is required on delivery. You will receive an email from Australia Post providing you with your tracking ID.
Your order will be posted during business hours on the same day it is received as long as it is no later than 1.30pm and all items are currently in stock. If you have elected to pay by bank transfer or cheque/money order your order will be sent once funds have been cleared. Orders are not shipped on weekends. For most destinations within Australia delivery takes 3-4 working days but it can be 4-5 working days for some areas and it is possible that 7-10 working days will be needed for remote destinations. Cost is $10.95 per order, not per item, Australia - wide. A small number of heavy or bulky items are charged at a higher rate. These heavy/bulky items cannot be sent via express post and free shipping will not apply.
Express Post is available for all orders except any containing heavy/bulky items. This is the fastest delivery available. This will give next day delivery, provided you are within an Australia post guaranteed next day delivery zone. If your order is urgent then we suggest you select this option. Our shopping cart will calculate your express postage and handling charges dependent on the size of your order. Some items are expensive to send express. If in doubt please give us a call for a quote.
If your order total is $150 or more then delivery will be free via regular post. Conditions apply to free postage as follows: the order must be a minimum of $150; the order cannot contain any heavy/bulky item; no further discount or coupon can be applied. Free delivery applies to domestic Australian deliveries only.
