This glockenspiel is German made by Sonor. It is an octave and a half with the mallets housed on board. This beautiful instrument also has F sharp and B flat bars enabling a wider range of melodies to be played. The metal bars are now a silver colour rather than the red in the photo. It is a sturdy instrument and will give years of pleasure.
